The Buck Hill Ski Racing Team will be hosting a GS Camp at Granite Peak for U8-U12 athletes on December 2-3, 2023.  The two-day GS camp will focus on GS/Speed fundamentals, gate training, and fast free skiing to build skills on longer hills with terrain. 

Discipline: Two (2) Days of giant slalom training | U8 - U12 athletes

Dates: December 2-3, 2023 

Camp Description:  GS Camp at Granite Peak for U8-U12 athletes on December 2-3, 2023.  The two-dayGS camp will focus on GS/Speed fundamentals, gate training, and fast free skiing to build skills on longer hills with terrain.

Location:  Granite PeakSki Area, Wausau, Wisconsin

Camp Description:   Goal is to get a block of GS training each day to prepare for the upcoming competition season.  The training environment will consist of GS courses, drill courses, free skiing and directed drill work.

Lift Passes: Lift passes are included in the price of the camp.  Indy pass holders will receive a refund for the cost of their lift passes. GP waivers must be completed prior to camp.

Travel: This is a non-team travel event.  Athletes will need to arrange their own transportation and lodging. THE CAMP WILL BEGIN SATURDAY MID-MORNING. ONLY ONE NIGHT’S LODGING IS NECESSARY.

Cost: $200.00 per athlete
